By commissioning me you agree to the following:
I, as the Artist...
Maintain the rights to my work in any form.
Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request!
Maintain the right to turn down any commission!
A progress sketch is default, but I will send further progress shots as well.
You, as the Client...
May NOT reprint your commission (my work) for a profit. Unless stated otherwise.
MAY NOT train or otherwise use my work for ANY Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning Software.
You Must have visual references of your character & posing, or have a written description of the desired result.
MAY print your commission for personal use.
May edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. HOWEVER, I require you still credit me for the piece.
May post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me. Unless it's Nsfw which will need specifications.
May request up to 3 edits to the sketch. Changes after the piece is finished must be paid for.
